The easiest and fastest way to reach us for non-urgent matters is through Keona Health, our secure, online care advice system.
Please discuss with the receptionist what kind of appointment you need so that the proper amount of time can be allotted to you. If your provider is not available for a visit, you will be given the choice of waiting for your provider or having your child’s needs cared for by another provider in the group. Patients can select their own provider, and most appointments will be made with that provider. We encourage you to call your HR department or insurance company to ensure this has been done. As a reminder, you have 30 days to add your child to your insurance policy. If you have not already registered your child with our practice, you must do so prior to scheduling your first appointment.
